I have the same issue, but the work-around is working - any update on when it'll be fixed properly?
It's a bit of a pain.

I've got this exact same problem. Did you ever find a fix?!
If you're on a Windows machine you can try running the application in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS version (Windows XP, for example). That might help...
Hi
I find the easiest way to do that is in Bridge - where you can set up a metadata template then just add it to a batch of images with one click

Hi,
There are serious issues of memory and CPU footprint for CC 3.9.1.335 on Mac.
There is no application running, only CC sitting on the top tray.
Almost half GB of RAM taken by obscure Adobe and CC processes (as you can see).
Plus the ever not responding adobe_licutil (sometimes I have 4 or 5 of these).
Even quitting CC most of these processes remain active.
Any suggestion?
thank you
Rebonjour,
Hi KYearry,
Sorry for the delayed response.

Could you please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue?

The server root is /htdocs/, hence your sites should be placed in that folder as per
htdocs
site1
site2
etc.
Another way is to have the documents elsewhere, but have the testing server point to /htdocs/site1. In that case, each time that you save a document, you will have to 'upload' to the testing server.
In either case, the sites have to be within /htdocs/.
In Acrobat Pro DC you can sanitize the document.
Old thread but save my life. I've been fighting with Indesign CS6 and Visual Studio 2015 for some time and thanks solution provided by jpatescwp I can run Indesign CS6 from Visual Basic. My code to run it is:
Dim myIndesignType As Type = Type.GetTypeFromProgID("Indesign.Application.CS6")
Dim myIndesign As InDesign.Application = Activator.CreateInstance(myIndesignType)
Thank You so much for sharing Your solution.
thank you for that very helpful feedback, I will have a go at implementing those ideas and see which give the best results.
Unfortunately we have a lot of iPad 3's in our environment so I have no choice but to get it working!! (I haven't tried a newer iPad yet)
I just have one summary page after the quiz, however I might wish to develop that further in the future, I'll update this once I have tried out the options.
I have moved this post to the RoboHelp HTML forum as I doubt the issue is related to the layout.
It is not something I have seen reported before so it's going to be trial and error.
Create a backup first. I always recommend creating the backup as a zip file. That prevents you opening it accidentally and working on it before you realise it was the backup. This way you always have a clean backup that can be used to create a new clean copy time after time.
Nest delete the CPD file, reopen the project and try again with the same layout.
Then try with a different HTML 5 layout, then with a webhelp layout.
Post back where that gets you.

The question was not how to change it. We are talking when there are a lot of files per day (50-100) and we need it to open in Illustrator as 100K
You can't. Illustrator will always open them as RGB and whatever color has been in there will be converted to RGB color space. RGB color space doesn't have 100K.
So you will need to think about making a script or an action to convert your files.
But then: what are you going to save? Another SVG? It won't have 100K in it, because Illustrator can only save SVG in RGB color space, so black will be converted again.
Who, me?
(btw, just one g there...)
