I believe the issue you are coming across is the same as the customers on this thread:

The solution suggested by thread above is to do the following:
- Right-click on the Desktop
- Choose "Screen Resolution" from the context menu
- When the dialog "Screen Resolution" appears, select "Make text and other items larger or smaller"
- Change the display setting for "Change size of items" from 125% to either 100% or 150%
