Are you logged in via the French ExportPDF website? If not, it's interesting that the "unable to convert" message is displayed in French for you. In any case, the troubleshooting is the same. Please try the following for starters:
- Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (see http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/) for a list.
- Clear the browser cache and try again.
- Try using a different web browser.
- Make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that may be preventing or limiting your ability to upload files to the Internet.
- Try converting a different document. Any success?
