I had to update my credit card and I forgot to log on and change the info with Adobe. So when it came time to be charged of coarse they were unable to do so. I received an email stating this but when I go to manage my account to update my credit card info it doesn't show that I had a membership and the only option is to purchase a new plan which requires 1 year in advance. Really? Clicking on customer service is just maddening, it goes round and round telling me to do the same thing over and over which is completely useless.
