Agreed, Noel. I just learn to have fun with it. Some questions do not require much tech info, (like how use the Alt key to set defaults in dialog boxes), but anyone that opens with "I want an explanation" gets the "supply pertinent information" copypasta.
Then there are those who supply screenshots, crashlogs, and yes even a video. Nothing is guaranteed however. They may have a gremlin like a unrelated third party utility gumming things up or malware either side does not even suspect. It may never be fixed because the computer manufacturer uses their own custom drivers they rarely update.
Add difficulties between Adobe and OS vendors on a can of worms like thumbnails that are beyond our bailiwicks.
