Captivate 8: How do I close this window?

I am not sure what to call it but how do I close this window and prevent it from popping up again please?

Oh and is there either: zoom the slide to a preferred % (like 90%) that is not on the drop-down menu or minimize the icon sizes (in the toolbar)?
