Migrate Collections from CS6/Windows XP to CC/Windows 7

Hi,

How do I migrate Collections from CS6 in Windows XP to CC on Windows 7?

I found the path in XP, C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Adobe\Bridge CS6\Collections, but where do I move them to in Windows 7?
