Newest Flash Player won't play videos.

I am using Google Chrome.
Other than Youtube (since its HTML5 i guess?), no other videos will play for me (daily motion, anime sites, etc). Seldom times, and I mean SELDOM. The videos would play but would only run for about a second and take literally hours before buffering a minute.
I have done the steps before hand and it didn't make a difference.  I currently have no Adobe programs installed at the moment since I uninstalled them to see if it would help but still no result.  Help Please and Thank You
