We'll have to do some troubleshooting as I'm not sure where the problem could be. So here are a few questions to get started:
- Is it broken when viewed locally or also when it's on a server?
- Do you have any special characters in your glossary (/index) such as <, &, etc?
- If you open the help on a desktop but resize to get the mobile view, does the glossary work on desktop then or only when viewed on a mobile device?
