I've got it working. The problem was I had the form set to go to another page I'd made after submision to let clients know the form had been received and we'd be in touch. It seems you have to set the form to stay on the current page. The problem I'm having now is how do you move the text "form received"? If I make any adjustments to the form the "form received" text gets covered up or is just in the wrong place but I can't see how to move it.
