Acrobat Pro 9 Licence Number Revoked/Invalid I do own the correct Numbers for CS4 Design Premium BUT inadvertantly put incorrect numbers in originally. PLEASE Help.

Hi all

My own lack of knowledge and how to Activate/Register each separate product has caused this problem.

 

Bought in 2010 and the Suite has hardly been used. Had major problems with motherboard. Problems with some DLL in CS4 and my comp was inoperable, Kind Adobe Call Centre member in April this year had me download the entire Program. Managed to Register each part BUT totally forgot about Acrobat PRO 9.and my problems started when trying to use it.

 

Tried support chat site for help and was told to go to forums for help????

 

Initially when I tried to use Pro 9 it asked for numbers ... I tried the Serial Number for the product and then some other number I thought might be it.

 

Stupidly I hadn't registered Pro 9 in the very beginning BUT I did Register it through Help etc and thought that Adobe would realise that the product DID belong to me, but it obviously didn't.

 

Adobe then said I could use a 30 day trial version - I didn't have time then to rectify this problem then.

 

Discovered that the 'BELARC' Program I had, had all my Serial Numbers listed for me and every thing else on my PC ... WOW!

 

Entered the correct numbers and got the GREEN TICK but then when it checked with Adobe I get the Invalid and Revoked error Message.

 

I also downloaded the Trial Version hoping that starting over the numbers would solve the problem ... It didn't

 

I am really disappointed that I bought a very expensive product and now I can't even use a part of it that it quite vital for many tasks that I now need to do.

 

I have spent countless hours and hours of time over the past few months trying to sort the problem and am going around in circles.

 

There is heaps that I haven't mentioned because this is becoming an essay .... but the bottom line is I bought this product.

 

I Registered the product online. Adobe knows all my details and I can't get to use it.

 

Can someone please give me some help to get around my problem so I can finally use the product again..
