I'm sorry that you're having trouble accessing your ExportPDF subscription. Did you just purchase it? And, do you remember whether you received a verification email (and followed the link in that email to verify your account)?
Please check the following, as well:
- Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/).
- Try using a different web browser.
- Clear the browser cache and try again.
Let's give those things a try for starters. If the issue persists, please let us know. And, if you receive any sort of error message, it would be helpful for you to include that in your response.
