Hello Dhirendra. This "limitation" is not the behaviour I expected when Adobe announced that one of the "four key areas of the Creative Cloud" they would be focusing on is "workflow efficiency". Clearly this is not the case. Furthermore as noted previously in this post AICC settings will not sync with AICC settings on another computer with the same Adobe ID. So this has not been fixed. And in my case I have been unable to sync AICC 2014 settings on another computer with the same Adobe ID. So, to answer your question: no. Your suggestion does not help one bit.
