When you export your document to PDF, InDesign will honor all document settings you made: size, margins and, eventually bleed and/or slug. You may decide if you need crop and other marks and whether you want default bleed, custom or none. So if the document is properly set to the size (paper format) available on your printer, export it to pdf with no bleed and marks and you should be ok. If the size differs, you have to correct it in page setup while printing from pdf.
